Field Surface

All fields are constructed with artificial turf infields and natural grass outfields.

NO METAL CLEATS are allowed on the fields under any circumstances. Molded/plastic cleats are recommended, as these are better suited for the grass outfields.

CHEWING GUM & SUNFLOOR SEEDS ARE PROHIBITED

Batting Cage Area

The batting cage area features two cages, along with several hitting nets set up for tee work and soft toss drills. All participants are expected to be respectful and considerate of other teams who may be waiting to use the cages.

Park Renovation and Restricted Areas

The park is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation project that is approaching its final stages. As construction progresses, some sections of the park remain inaccessible to visitors. It is important for all guests to respect these boundaries and refrain from entering any areas that are still under construction or marked as restricted. Adhering to these guidelines ensures the safety of everyone.

Please check in at least 45 minutes before your first game at the check in table by the Concession Stand. Please submit insurance and rosters, including any guest players via email. Insurance certificates should list the following as additionally insured:

This event is $70 PAY AT THE PLATE, except for the finals. There will be two umpires for each game.

● Game play will follow USA Rules.

● Pool play games are 1hr 20min, finish the inning or 7 innings in length.

● Seeding Tie Breakers (according to USA rules)

1. Record (winning pct, number of wins)

2. Head-to-Head (if tied teams have played each other)

3. Runs Allowed

4. Runs Scored

5. Coin Flip

● Each team will play 3 games in Pool Play. There are two pools (four teams in each) for both Divisions.

- During pool play games no inning will start after an hour and twenty minutes. No drop dead rule in effect.

- There will be no tie breakers in pool play, games can end in a tie.

- The winner of a coin flip will choose home or away.

● Sunday Game Play (Single Elimination)

- In single elimination the higher seed is the home team.

- Time limit is one hour and twenty minutes until the finals.

- If the score is tied when 7 innings have been completed or the time limit has been reached we will go to International Tie Breaker.

- The Championship will be an untimed, 7 inning game. There will be no international tie breaker in the Championship Game.

● Run Ahead Rule:

12 runs after 3 innings

10 runs after 4 innings

8 runs after 5 innings

● Roster Batting is allowed. No DP/Flex

If roster batting and there is an injury in pool play the spot will be skipped over, no out will be recorded. In bracket play however an out will be recorded when

that player’s spot comes up in the lineup.

● Courtesy Runner for the pitcher/catcher is the last completed AB.

● Dugouts/Benches are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

● Official tournament statistics will be kept in Sports Engine Tourney App.

Official Game Scores will be maintained and reported by the umpires.

● Weather: Should we have issues with weather, we will do our best to get as many games in as possible. The following refund policy is in place:

Zero games played: 75% refund

One game played: 50 % refund

Two or more played: No refund
